* take half a kilo lamb, cut lamb in to bite size pieces
* make the oil warm and put the lamb in it and let it fry on mild heat and put salt on it according to taste, fry it till u see the oil is separate (when u fry the lamb it release the water in it, but after a while u see only the oil as the water dries up, but heat should be medium)
* then put chillies in it and fry it
* then in half a kilo meat cut just 3 medium size tomatoes and let them get fried in it,
stirring it occasionally and when the tomatoes dissolve in it
* when u see it completely dissolved and oil separated and meat tender serve it with a special salad
for salad:
* cut onions, red onions, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers and chilli if u want to, salt according to taste, black pepper to taste and a piece of cheese in it and mix them well and add plain yogurt, mix it and serve it with bread or pitta bread
